BUT…THIS ISSUE IS OUT!

After the many years of yeoman work in the cause of CHESS FRIENDS OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, Rip McClary, Editor of "CHESS IN ACTION", has resigned…….All will miss his writings and comments and CFNC is greatly indebted to him for past support and hopes to count him among its members for years to come…..

Now we need a new EDITOR……..Someone who can type, take insults, does not get flustered, hopes to get news from the clubs, tries to read unreadable games…but has fun just the same……getting out the most unique quarterly with "hardly any salary at all"…..
