CalBase the combined creative labor of Richard Shorman and Kerry Lawless, has recently been completely revamped by John Donaldson. It has been an ongoing project for over twenty years and spans California Chess Games from 1856 to present. Many thanks to the many people who have contributed; especially Andy Ansel, John Blackstone, Max Burkett, John Donaldson, Ray Musselman and Sam Sloan.

CalBase was created for the express purpose of free use and free distribution in any form.
