Number 5, October 31, 1975 Three Santa Rosa CC members played in the Marin County Special tournament and did very well. Both David Strauss and Paul Cornelius tied for 1st in the Carroll Capps Memorial held at the Mechanics Institute Memorial. IM Jim Tarjan won the Northern California Open with a score of 5.5-.5. The tournament was held in Berkeley.
